Seller claimed record was in "excellent condition". I didn't know "excellent" means worn, scuffed, and scratched..... I guess I should have looked at their feedback before ordering as others have reported the same issues.

Immediately given a full refund with an apology for the issue... although not described as excellent. Description states "Very Good with Cover Split". Buyer mailed the item back with a nasty note inside. We certainly would not want to deal with this customer again and are adding them to our blocked buyer list. I am sorry but I believe that this person is generally unhappy in life!
