You inquired about not shipping by Fedex to avoid incurring customs duties, but customs duties are incurred by both Fedex and DHL.
That inquiry was made on 5/15 07:17 and we replied on 5/15 11:15. I didn't think that was “Very slow communication.”
We sold an item that was selling for $950 discounted to $820 for this customer.
The customer paid $40 in customs duty, but the customer benefited more than that.
