Although the item appears new, and is in very good condition, there is a tree hanging hook attached which would indicate it has been used, but very gently and perhaps only once. The item arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged well. The box is in pristine condition and the ornament is in its clam shell and plastic bag. Thank you!
