They sent me the wrong item...they sent me the longer one and not the short one. I finally bought another one off of Amazon. I've been going back in forth in a email for a whole week with there representative. I got tired and of waiting for them to figure it out. The day I received the correct one they figured it out that they have two of them one is longer and the other is short one. I told them to send me the short one and they informed me that they wanted $7.00 for shipping.
