I bought this and another laptop and the seller combined shipping to save me money. I reacherd Chicago in a day or two, but got stuck there. I have been told that this is customs. but I think three weeks is ridiculous. Once away from Chicago it got here in just a few days. This tablet is wonderful and will last me a long time as a travel computer that can handle the heavy load I put on my machines. I rated the shipping as excellent as I would not want anyone to think the seller was slow.
