The listing said it was tested and powered up and this wasn’t true the internal speaker is burn out and should of turned on when tested I contacted the seller and he told me to check mic and cord but they were both were new then I was told I needed to jump mic connectors to make it work this is not any we’re on web I have been using the 790h radios for a long time s a amateur extra ham operator
