Seller sent wrong items. Offered partial refund and keep items. Don't need/can't use, but accepted, since it would cost me to return anyway. Ebay app said seller initiated partial refund, but I never received. Ebay wanted proof items, seller said keep and I already tossed, were returned, before releasing refund. SoL at this point, but no longer worth pursuing. Ebay shares some blame here, so leaving seller neutral rather than negative.
