shipping was fast but no way seller culd hav known that this item is mostly defective. item was new sealed in package as said but upon opening i found that the internal batterires had long ago deteroirated and exploded inside the machine. i was able to clean it and get it working but the fan itself rattles and makes a great deal of noise. this item unfortunately is just faulty right out of the box.
