Seller jerked me around and threatened to cancel the order they first denied offer of, eventually issued offer of same $ amount they initially declined, then came snapping back like a juvenile child in response to my polite message. Doing so I believe falls under dishonoring eBay’s policies, following the item having been successfully accepted as purchased. You can’t just cancel orders due to a bad attitude. Hopefully eBay allows screenshots of convo I am including below, with this feedback.
