Seller did not pay full postage fee. After I paid the difference I asked for a refund of the amount I shelled out. Said he couldn’t refund via eBay so would send the cash in the post?!? After it didn’t arrive I contacted him and said it was on the way. Weeks later the refund has not arrived and no further response from seller. Not impressed.
