The vase had two areas of significant damage (chips in one area, the other area looked like maybe a manufacturing defect). This was not noted in the listing or captured in the photos. I contacted the seller and they apologized and said that the damage was not present when they took the photos and had no idea how they got there. It didn't appear that the damage happened during shipment as the shipping box was undamaged. The seller offered no remedy to the situation.
