Item was purchased 4/29 seller waited til 5/7 to tell me they’ve been out of town... No shipping updates until 5/15 I had to follow up twice to get a response to find out they supposedly purchased media mail label by mistake and it was their first time doing so? Ok, sure… Finally got an actual shipping update 5/20, three weeks after initial purchase lol. Received 5/22. Seller offered 10% price adjustment but even that was a hassle so I gave up. Will avoid this seller at all cost going forward.
