Do not buy from this guy. The picture I first saw I thought was a unique error. I purchased the note and I noticed the photo was changed. He was telling me that was the original picture. His problem is I. Took a photo of this star note. At first he said he’d refund my money. He did not and said no returns on the note. That is what the suction said. But this was outright fraud. He still would not refund my money. I have a picture of the original note he posted. He cant deny it but he has
