DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Easily the worst experience I have ever had on eBay. The product was inaccurately described (it is a regular toilet hinge - there is nothing "soft close" about it). The seller repeatedly attempted to give me a discount I did not want. Finally, the seller refused to refund the cost of the product or of the shipping, despite a tracking number proving the product had been returned to their own warehouse.
