Item was new in open box, as described. It arrived very quickly. It required a signature, which I was not expecting (could have been inconvenient). The negative part of the transaction was that the item pictured was not of the item. It did have an item number that represented a completely different product. I contacted the seller and they said they couldn’t check for me. I worried that the item might have been placed in the wrong or different box in an open box situation. So I took a gamble.

Great that I could find these on their site as they are now discontinued. I needed these unusually large sizes for an old home. got them at a fraction of the cost of what it would have been through a specialty company that produces custom sizes.
