We contacted seller. When we first received watch we reported 2nd hand not working not realizing battery was no good. We ended up purchasing a battery for 40.00 we notified seller and was told basically we were trying to get a discount or money back. He brought up that when you buy something vintage you take the chance of it not working that makes no sense I bought a Celtic vintage watch for less money and had no issues. I am attaching photos of watch .
