The item said used vgc, as far as I could tell it was brand new! It was spotless. Very pleased with the Thule laptop case. Delivery was supposed to be Sat-Mon and I got it Friday. No updates. Another item same thing. I ordered another item from farther away that came quicker. Besides that everything else was good.
