I wasn't going to write a review because sometimes mistakes happen but then I noticed other negative reviews in the last month with similar stories to mine. Item never arrived at facility. Contacted them the day after item was supposed to arrive. They got back to me and after 2 days of me hounding them they said they resent and sent me the same tracking number. NEVER got item but got my money back because of ebay guarantee. UNRELIABLE SELLER

Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate you taking to the feedback to pOUND us some more. WE were 100% honest with you and everyone else who reached out. WE MADE A MISTAKE. WE LOST 26 packages with USPS. WE told you this and you were understanding. The next morning you took to ebay for an item not recieved. Ebay didn't send the refund, we did. ALL YOU HAD TO SAY IS YOU DIDN'T WANT TO WAIT AND A REFUND WOULD HAVE BEEN ISSUED WITHIN 24HOURS. MISTAKES HAPPEN. ONLY HUMAN. THANKS AGAIN.
