09old brackets did not work had to make syeelplates and all new bracket system to mount the seat on the tractor. however it did work after and hour of making modifications to make it fit. the pan was not drilled and threaded correctly to mount to the old seat brackets. however i made it work aand am satrisfied with the seat.
