This was a nightmare delivery. Parcel shop refused to accept it and it was sent to national returns. To their credit, seller was brilliant, as soon as issue arose, communication was superb. Took a little fighting with Royal Mail, but eventually sorted and parcel arrived safely, if a little later than expected. Superb comms, didn’t give up, even when I almost did. An excellent seller, no issues recommending them. Great job 😃
