Seller accepted my offer, but then wanted me to go off-site to pay for item. Seller complained about Ebay fees to sell the item I was purchasing were $30 as if it had anything to do with me purchasing item. I had to open a paypal dispute because seller made no effort to give me a refund and there were no goods exchanged. Seller seems very angry for no reason. I think seller is trolling on here. I usually don't even bother with reviews, but this was definitely amateur hour
