The seller sent a pin different from the item in the product listing. What I was sent has multiple visible flaws that were not included in the product listing. I reached out to the seller who denied this and said we have different ideas of what a good quality pin is. I was extremely disappointed at the quality of the pin, but more so the disrespectful & unkind tone of this seller who blatantly lied (they’ve sold multiple copies of this pin & I didn’t get the one they advertised in the listing).
