The Seller was amazing, despite FedEx being well…FedEx they helped me to deal with the problems, in fact i don’t understand most of the negative reviews regarding shipping, it’s mostly unfair.
The Figure arrived safely on the second try after the seller resent another package. That’s what i call good Customer Support. The Himeko figure is high quality and new, compared to other sellers this is beyond perfect. Thank you very much for the hustle of dealing with FedEx, i will definitely buy again.
