Seller sent the wrong VCR due to a shipping label mixup. Seller offered replacement VCR free of charge, however not the model I ordered. Seller attempted to contact the other party who got the erroneous VCR, but no result from that. Seller then stopped replying to my messages, forcing me to return for a refund.
