Item advertised as brand new but it was CLEARLY used - pilling on the bill of the cap, hair inside, stained headband, dirty logo and labels. Seller offered a return but it's too much of a hassle for what should have been a straightforward transaction. Obviously, I will NOT do business with this seller again.
