A reprint also refers to postage REPRINTED by the government at a later time. Yes, those may ALSO be referred to as re-issues but that doesn t negate the fact they are called REPRINTS. I sent a dm to the seller asking for clarification and was treated dismissively and told NO REFUNDS!!! before I even asked and he blocked me. If the seller wanted people to know that what he is peddling are not real stamps, they wouldn t hide the word reprint in the middle of the wall of text in the detailed

I HAD SHIPPED THIS OUT BEFORE HE CONTACTED ME. I CLEARLY ASK FOR BUYERS TO ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING. HE KEPT INSISTING i WAS WRONG. The title is clear it is a "reprint" The description says it via a picture and I am sorry he thought that was unclear even though he asked not a single question before buying the item.
