The dress fits right on top, but if I barely move the whole dress comes up & it's really flowy & baggy waist down. I packaged it up and took it to the post office, and was told it'll cost $18.71 to send back and will take a month to hear anything, and/or get any credit. In the meantime, I was contacted and asked if I was happy with my purchase. I told her the same story because she seemed willing to help, but she ended up saying the same thing to return it & it will be refunded. So, it's mine.
