The service and communication from this company (Ash) is second to none. The information, advice and explanation is brilliant! As for the chair it’s out of this world! Advice:- use a towel (until you get accustomed to the massage, it’s powerful but good). It finds knots you never knew you had! Place the (folded towel) down the centre section and wider at the lower area. This chair (as far as my research did/found) is the only one that will through a 73cm door opening (standard door, internal).
