The alarm clock was inexpensive, but I bought it to use, not just watch. However, the alarm clock does not work. After charging the spring, it ticks for about an hour and stops. Also, the glass is not attached to the dial and is loose because the glass retainer is broken.. I'm very sad

False - the clock was sent out in good working condition and the glass was certainly intact. I describe my items correctly at the point of sale. If the item was delivered broken as it was damaged in transit, then the buyer never notified me to correct the problem.
