Buyer was rude right off the bat, before it was even discovered that I made a mistake and certainly didn't care why. The furthest thing from an understanding or compassionate human being. Was immediately accusatory and made insinuations from the get-go. Can dish it out but can't take it in return. Refunded them for the half of the order that was missing but I would have been more than willing to work with them if they approached the matter from the beginning a little differently.
