consistent and quick replies yet still bad communication, would only process a partial refund request if i left a good review.. this is not a good practice. i kept the item so that i can leave an honest review on the SELLER not the item. This shows the seller tries to hide mishandlings by only issuing refunds in return for good reviews. upon contacting ebay about this… here i am leaving a review to warn others myself with 0 help from ebay CS. not saying don’t do business.. just be careful here
