As expected it doesn't turn on. Had to clean the battery acid residue off the top buttons (battery blew up inside over the years), but it does still work properly while plugged into my car. I can navigate and add all my music and connect it to my computer. Micro sd card slot still works by the way. Anyway I was aware of the issue before purchase, so it doesn't bother me.
