Contacted seller numerous times with extremely delayed response. Seller advised that a product was refunded, but when we reached out to confirm what was refunded, as we purchased multiple items, they did not respond. When the products arrived and we advised that 1 product was missing, they advised that that was the product that was refunded, but no refund order had been issued to date. When confronted, the seller then processed the refund. Extremely disappointing experience.

Seller’s communication is terrible. Bought multiple cards from seller and contacted numerous times with no response for a long time. Took a long time to ship the products. All cards were poorly packaged and multiple cards shoved into 1 sleeve and when the cards arrived, they were all bent.
