We recieved the notice from DHL that the address is unclear and the buyer did not pay the customs and duty. We put the registered address in the DHL form. We ask the buyer to contact DHL France, but the buyer did not contact DHL and never paid the customs and duty. The item returned to JAPAN and We refunded all the payment the buyer paid. It is not fair that we recieved negative feedback.
