I am forced by ebay policy to give positive feedback. But this is not positive at all. Seller sent a non-functional Nelson sprinkler. The adjusting knob is completely frozen. I can't turn it with channel locks. Also, it does not move from side to side. NEGATIVE FEEDBACK HERE!!!
