I paid $255. for a porcelain clock and $50. for shipping, $305. total. I received this clock in pieces. The seller did not take the time to package it correctly. He put one layer of small bubble wrap around the side of the clock. Then, he put this heavy clock in to a box of packing peanuts. Every time box was set down too hard, a part of the case broke. He should have used plenty of large bubble wrap. The seller is at fault for my loss. He will not reply to my email. I want a full refund.
