I tried contacting the seller. I needed a larger bust than what I purchased. After no response, I tried to reach out to eBay & case closed. Just so the seller knows, the bust was actually cracked around the neck upon further inspection when I began to use it for my project. It was very heavy and probably cracked in transit. I would not purchase again via this seller.

the buyer is demanding something not offered in the listing: The item was clearly marked No Returns, and the case she opened was closed in my favor. The item was described correctly in many places with pictures. The buyer never opened a damaged case ,never mentioned about a damaged,never provided pictures with proof of damage!
