I suggest you stop using Yodel because they ignored my delivery instructions. I asked them via their website to leave the parcel in a black storage box next to my front door which is not visible from the road. Instead Yodel left the parcel wedged between my green bin and paperbox at the bottom of my steps in a place where it was on public view and could have been stolen. No attempt was made to take the parcel up my steps to my front door.

I disagree that my comments are harsh. Yodel are a poor company. I have given you evidence. I did not leave you negative feedback because the fault lies with Yodel. But it is your choice to decide whether to continue using Yodel or use a better courier instead. So the responsibility for the courier you use lies squarely with you.
