The watch (Seiko SBTQ045) matched the advertisement perfectly-- new with tags. Not a scratch on it. There was a 3 day gap between purchase and shipping and a 15 day transit time. The tracking number was communicated. Overall, the shipping experience was not terrible considering this was an international purchase from literally halfway around the world. In contrast, however, I purchased another watch on the same day from a different seller. It arrived 3 days after purchase via DHL.
