The vendor's service was excellent: Arrived with a private carrier very timely. The bath itself: VERY 'stylish' and super comfy!!! NO REGRETS Little downsides: It does not drain very well and it deflates...somehow... All in all: Those little downsides do NOT diminish my overall verdict: I AM LOVING IT!
