I am not at all happy with the multiple set of used Barbies I received from this seller. All of the Barbies were dumped into a box with nothing to protect them, so naturally one arrived w/ a broken neck. I'm surprised it was just one. Considering how much I paid for shipping, even a little bubble-wrap would have been a good idea. The seller also did not disclose that one of the Barbie's legs do not move; she seems to be frozen at the hips.

I did not receive any of the dolls from this listing. Received instead a different lot the seller had listed which were very dirty, hair sticky and clumped together. Contacted seller. Offered to let me keep these dolls, which I didn't want, with a refund. Asked to receive the dolls I bid on and was told she probably sent them to someone else. Very disorganized and would not trust buying from this seller again.
