Worst eBay experience in 21 years . AVOID . Figurine . It stated in excellent condition in description . It was not . It had a large piece missing from one of the lambs ears . Seller was rude and said we should be ' honest' and admit WE damaged it when unpacking . Upsetting .Claimed he always took photos whilst packing items to show their condition , but could only produce a listing photo when challenged . 50 eBay messages over a two hour period did eventually result in a partial refund .

This item was not broken when sent her husband has made highly libelous false lies that he has no evidence to make such facts I am looking at legal action I always photo graph china when sending due to false claims and clearly it has had to have been accidentally dropped unpacking i did this as I was a business seller I offered £25 just to stop his argumentative attitude demanding £30 more discount after I kindly gave his wife £70 reduction this is the response is disgraceful
