I won the auction but for some reason Ebay would not let me make the payment. I contacted Ebay about this issue and was waiting for a reply but the seller decided to cancel my purchase without my consent. I asked the seller please relist the item so i can buy again the item that i won but the seller simply ignores my messages. Seams to me that i have the right to buy the item but there is no cooperation from this seller. Terrible and frustrating experience!

You forgot to mention the string of emails asking me to put you on Buyer requirements exemption list , re list the item etc all because you didn't want to pay import duty!!
The item was listed via the global shipping program. You wanted me to resist it Without using this service!!! I have reported you for this. Sellers beware!!......

Sellers beware of what??? Yes i asked please put me on exemption list to work around the error i keep getting when trying to pay for the item. It has nothing to do with import duty! You really think not paying duty through the Ebay shipping program sets me free from paying duty at all? Must be stupid i guess. In the photo you see me asking: list with global shipping and set a buy it now price. How do you explain that than?? This could all have been avoided if you simply relisted the item for me.
