Just wow. “Excellent condition” clarinet shipped without any bubble wrap or any type of protection (seller: “the hard case will protect it”). Stuffed into a box just slightly bigger than the case, shipped via Priority Mail for $38 (!). Contacted seller and all they could say is “I’ll try better next time”! Looking at their feedback it seems they have issues with packing things, I guess they’ll learn eventually. “You should be happy that it wasn’t damaged”! Not impressed!
