Even tried with a variety of combinations with a good battery and micro SD card. Watched over 3 dozen videos remedy the issue. Seller could care less. Have since flagged this seller on my eBay profile. The buyer claims that with multiple batteries and chargers it will not work with no proof of it not working. The item was listed as no returns which was present to him at the time of purchase a usual practice in electronics to prevent fraud of the return system within ebay. I have provided photos to ebays support team of the camera working moments before being packaged in response to this.
