I did not mean it to be a reflection on the seller... All fault lies with USPS. I later found the contact information and sent the seller an e-mail. The seller responded and took action very quickly. This is also one of the few times I have had a problem with USPS; they are generally reliable. Leaving neutral feedback is odd to say the least.
