Customer initially asked to be provided with stakes which are not in the description or photo. After explaining that stakes were never a part of the order, the customer then proceeded to claim that they never received the poles only a tent in a "torn box". The three item were carefully taped and shipped in two large polymer bags because of the length of the poles, not a box. Ebay found seller was not at fault and "Ebay" refunded the customer.
