    Great deal on a dress that I've been searching for! Unfortunately, it's not as described. The stitching is coming loose at the hem of the dress. It's minor and I reached out to the seller to notify them. They offered me the option to return it but I didn't love how they responded to my concerns. They made me feel as if I should be grateful they sold it to me at that price. I paid the price I did expecting an item in pristine condition. I decided to keep it and take it to my tailor.

    I apologised to the buyer, as I genuinely wasn’t aware of the fault. She asked me for a discount, but I explained that it wouldn’t be reasonable for me to offer one, as I had already sold this specific item at an extremely reduced price — even lower than what I originally paid. The issue was minor and easily fixable — it would cost around $20 to repair. That said, I was more than happy to process a full refund, but not an additional discount.I believe business should be fair for both parties.
