A simple telephone call to Fedex Japan would have solved the whole issue but the seller is unwilling to give assistance or help. "I already gave you a discount on the item" is his answer. I say blue, he says green. Buy from this seller if you are potentially ready for extra paperwork, contacting the Customs in your country, eBay Customer Service and dealing with a seller who simply doesn't care.
