      CD was listed, pictured, and priced as new and sealed in its plastic but was recieved open and obviously used, as indicated by several scratches, and cracks on case. When contacting seller, they claimed ebay had made them open it "to verify authenticity" but this was never disclosed and condition of case says otherwise. Seller has lots of items listed as new and sealed so order at your own risk if that's important to you. Wanted to work with seller but they ignored my messages after the first.
